Our people are at the heart of this journey, and each new team member brings us closer to the future we’re building.
Growth calls for the right expertise
In sales, Kyle Sullivan and Juha Manninen have brought international reach and fresh commercial insight. On the service side, Swastik Pokharel joined as a Project Engineer to boost our operational capacity in the field. And in marketing, Krista Koskinen stepped in to lead our brand-building efforts and strengthen global visibility.
Now, we’re proud to welcome another skilled professional to our growing team: Minna Uski, who joins us as a Project Engineer to support our operations group.
Coming to KT-Shelter directly from her studies, Minna adds value from day one – with up-to-date engineering knowledge and a forward-thinking mindset that reflects the very core of our culture.

In just a few weeks, Minna has already familiarised herself with our product systems, visited the KT-Shelter hub, and begun building strong connections with colleagues from across locations. Minna is immersing herself in our project operations, working closely with Pekka Laitila in procurement and logistics. This gives her a front-row view of how our projects come to life – from supply chain to deployment.
Despite our global outlook, Minna highlights something that we at KT-Shelter value deeply: “There’s international ambition, but also a strong sense of community – people here want to keep improving, both the product and the way we work.”
