News: KT-Shelter announces new career opportunities in Lappeenranta
26.3.2026 | KT-Shelter is pleased to announce two open positions at our Lappeenranta office as we continue developing our operations and supporting demanding international projects in aviation and defence.
We are currently looking for a Production Manager (Tuotantopäällikkö) and a Design Engineer (Mekaniikkasuunnittelija) to join our team.
These roles are an important part of strengthening KT-Shelter’s operational capabilities and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our delivery model. As our projects continue to evolve in complexity and scale, maintaining a high level of coordination between design, production and field operations is essential.
For our customers and partners, this means continued focus on quality, responsiveness and practical, field-proven solutions. Strengthening our Integration Hub operations and engineering capabilities supports our ability to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining the flexibility and speed that are central to KT-Shelter’s approach.
These roles offer the opportunity to work in a small and agile organisation where ideas move quickly from design to implementation and where individual contributions have a direct impact on the end result.
