A fully operational aircraft base in 30 working days
KT-Shelter delivered a fully custom-designed helicopter operations base, developed to meet the client’s specific technical and environmental requirements. The entire base was constructed on-site from the ground up.
The system included a pre-fabricated modular building and three M5 mobile hangars. All components were shipped in 17 containers and assembled on location. The solution was engineered to withstand extreme conditions, including temperatures from –30°C to +20°C and persistent high winds.
Construction was completed in just 30 working days by a local crew, supported by KT-Shelter’s training and supervision team. The delivered infrastructure now supports helicopter maintenance, pilot and personnel training, and daily operations for up to 100 staff members and students.
This project showcases KT-Shelter’s ability to provide turnkey infrastructure that adapts to harsh environments and mission-specific needs — from shelter to complete base functionality.
